Recently, I had the pleasure of co-leading a 12-week Women in Transition Workshop. The purpose of this workshop was to empower women with the benefits of Life and Executive Coaching and learning personal transformation tools that can be applied to all aspects of their lives. We used all of the latest techniques and tools to assist the participants to change their lives. Every week, the participants learned new empowerment techniques and discovered more about the unlimited potential that resides within. We empowered a relationship that enabled each participant to grow and achieve. The Life Coaching aspects of this program gave the participants spiritual growth and insight.
