Expanding Potential and Bridging Barriers Through Personal Coaching

Coaching is a vibrant and dynamic process that creates change.

Throughout the duration of your coaching, you continue to acquire and utilize tools that become yours for life. You learn to turn off your negative internal voice that says, “You’ll never be able to accomplish that!” and replace it with an inner sense that you can accomplish whatever you want because you have the tools to successfully move forward.

“Mindset for Success”

“Mindset for Success” is one of the most powerful coaching programs for profound personal transformation that has ever been developed. This program literally guides you on a path of personal discovery that results in dramatic and lasting personal transformation. Developed by Dr. Jayne Gardner of the Gardner Institute in Southlake, Texas, this program consists of 12 “Dialogues” and is based on the following “Three Spiritual Laws of Relationship*.”

Spiritual Law #1

Everything begins with you. Be the change you want to see! Focus on where change needs to begin — within you. Everything begins with you! Changing yourself changes others. Know that you can make things happen, instead of things happening to you. Stop blaming your parents, the government, your boss, your spouse, or anyone else, for your problems and the problems of the world. Accept the responsibility that you need to change.

Step one in creating relationship miracles is to accept the responsibility of change and that what needs to change is you.

Spiritual Law #2

As within, so without. Changing your negative thoughts can change your life and solve many of life’s problems, without the struggle of trying to change behaviors. Ninety percent of your thoughts are unconscious, and therein lays the difficulty in attempting to think positive. This course searches out and uncovers your hidden negative beliefs that may be ingrained and installs new positive beliefs. Whatever you think about — comes about! Clear out old beliefs for the clarity and sharpness you need to solve today’s circumstances. Change your thinking — change your life!

The purpose of step two is to ask yourself, “what kind of thinking in me has created the problem?”

Spiritual Law #3

Buried emotions never die. The tendency to ignore your emotions is old-think and a remnant of a left-over male-dominated society. Denial of feelings is the culprit in your anger outbursts, your lack of energy, and many of your health problems. This course holds your nose to the grindstone and helps you release many of your old grievances and heartaches that still cause problems for you today. Greater production and more energy are the results.

The Power of the Dialogues

These three spiritual laws are truths which have the power to transform our personal relationships. When mastered, they demonstrate spiritual maturity, taking responsibility for everything that shows up in our lives. Most of you say, “just give me the answers.” It is frustrating, waiting for those answers. The Dialogues meet your needs for a logical, clear-minded, ready-set-go plan of action — a plan that ultimately moves you forward in personal growth, changing your self and others.

When it becomes safe for our loved ones to walk the streets of our minds, they begin to change.

The Dialogues require a commitment to honor the development of your personal integrity — it is not a counseling process. There are twelve Dialogues, and each Dialogue requires approximately two weeks. Time is not the emphasis, thoroughness in each step is. Coaching assists you during the self-discovery and calls for accountability during the process.

They shift your point of reference in life. You no longer look to material objects or outward success, for approval, acceptance or fulfillment. You learn to look within, to develop a connection to your unique inner voice — your intuition — and grow into your own authenticity.

The Dialogues bring your thoughts, words, and actions into alignment with your personal truths, values, and character, creating the integrity needed to lead and motivate your personal and business relationships. Your goals are achieved with increased focus and less effort, providing more energy for personal fulfillment.

They also establish an inner integrity that strengthens your leadership capabilities. Since leadership is a model of self-responsibility, the personal growth that has taken place inside you impacts everyone around you. Because of this, you become an inspiration to your family, to your organization, and to your world.
